Paying for Services & Eligibility (CLTS)
Services are authorized by your county’s CLTS Service Coordinator and listed in your child’s Individual Service Plan.
- CLTS is the payer of last resort and coordinates with schools (DPI/IDEA) and Wisconsin DVR for employment services.
- Many services can be delivered in the community and, when appropriate, remotely with family agreement.
Get Started
If not yet enrolled, contact Wisconsin Wayfinder or your county CLTS office to apply.
Talk with your Service Coordinator about employment goals and ask for an authorization to work with ERI.
ERI coordinates with your team (school/DPI and DVR) and schedules services that fit your child’s needs.
