For Max, a 2019 Verona High School graduate, finding a fun, familiar and welcoming work environment was top priority.  With this in mind, the VFPS team approached the management at Max’s favorite bowling spot - Ten Pin Alley.  Through a careful assessment of Max’s skills and the unmet needs of the business, Max was hired to weigh and bag frozen snack items needed by the Grill Cook.  This part-time job strikes the right balance by combining tasks that Max can complete independently with a supportive and social work environment.

Max is excited about the future.   Having met his goal of landing his first paid job, Max is ready to pursue his longtime dream of working at a radio station!
