How Lifeline works
Lifeline plans meet national standards for minutes, data, and speed — so you can count on reliable service. Our Lifeline Navigators can answer your questions and help you every step along the way.
Learn more about how Lifeline works with these 4 steps:
1. Connect with a Navigator
2. Check if you qualify
We will help you figure it out.
3. Say yes or no
You decide if Lifeline is right for you.
4. Apply with support
Your Navigator connects you to providers, helps with forms, and follows up until everything’s in place.
Important Notes:
- Enrollment doesn’t cancel your bill. If you’re behind, talk to your Navigator about payment options.
- You’ll need a participating provider — your Navigator can help you choose.
