We are excited to announce that Kweku-TeAngelo Cargile Jr. (click for a quick greeting) has been named Executive Director of Employment Resources, Inc. (ERI). With over 12 years of nonprofit experience and a proven track record of building innovative programs, Kweku-TeAngelo brings valuable expertise to advance ERI's mission.

I look forward to working with our team as we continue creating meaningful employment opportunities across the state and beyond. Kweku-TeAngelo joins us from The BrandLab, where he successfully developed workforce initiatives empowering underrepresented communities to launch sustainable careers. His experience in program development, community partnerships, and inclusive workplace practices aligns perfectly with ERI's commitment to advancing employment opportunities for individuals with disabilities.
As Executive Director, he will focus on:

- Strengthening community and employer partnerships
- Enhancing technology-driven solutions
- Supporting staff development and inclusive workplace culture
