Due to the Coronavirus outbreak, ERI, like many companies is taking steps to consider the health and safety of our employees, partners, and the community while continuing to meet the needs of our customers throughout this outbreak.
We continue to monitor and comply with governmental regulations and public health guidance. This means adjusting as circumstances change. We will update this post with as new information is available.
ERI has implemented the following control measures to help minimize the risk to people we serve:
- Remote work: All essential employees are currently working remotely to maintain service continuity.
- Sheltering-in-Place: ERI’s office is currently closed as business activities are being done remotely.
- Travel restrictions: If you have a scheduled meeting or specific questions we can assist with, please contact us by phone so that we can make alternate arrangements.
- Critical Vendors: We have engaged critical vendors and partners to ensure that they have been likewise reviewing the situation and implementing safeguards to ensure business-continuity.
