ERI Customer Advisory – Coronavirus (COVID-19)

Due to the Coronavirus outbreak, ERI, like many companies is taking steps to consider the health and safety of our employees, partners, and the community while continuing to meet the needs of our customers throughout this outbreak.

We continue to monitor and comply with governmental regulations and public health guidance.  This means adjusting as circumstances change.  We will update this post with as new information is available.

Precautionary Measures

ERI has implemented the following control measures to help minimize the risk to people we serve:

  • Hygiene: We ask people accessing to our office to practice heightened levels of hygiene. To assist with this, we offer hand sanitizer and liquid-soap for hand washing.
  • Travel restrictions: We ask that individuals who have a fever, cough, shortness of breath, or other flu symptoms or have visited a Coronavirus hotspot in the past 14 days do not visit our office. If you have a scheduled meeting or specific questions we can assist with, please contact us by phone so that we can make alternate arrangements.
  • Remote work: All essential employees are able to work remotely on short notice to maintain service continuity.
  • Critical Vendors: We have engaged critical vendors and partners to ensure that they have been likewise reviewing the situation and implementing safeguards to ensure business-continuity.
