The Medicaid Purchase Plan (MAPP) provides health care coverage for people with a disability age 18 or older and are working or interested in working.
MAPP provides the same health benefits offered through Medicaid. In addition, the program includes ways to save money with an independence account. This money does not count toward the program’s asset limit.
Learn more about recent changes to the MAPP program from David Pinno, an advocate who was part of a group working to improve the MAPP program for peopel with disabilites.
