I had the opportunity to be around during the inception of ERI. All these years later, I am thrilled with the role and impact that ERI has had on employment services for citizens with disabilities in Wisconsin. It’s a privilege for me to be a part of this fine organization.

Howard Seifert, Secretary

Over 25 years experience in the disability field.
Underemployment and unemployment are major issues in the disability community. I want to help ERI address these issues and help people with disabilities get the jobs they want.

Cheryl McIlquham
Cheryl served in the public sector for 20 years, including the legislative bureau, and Department of Health Services in the Medicaid program.
I have spent most of my career in public service. Supporting efforts that connect people with opportunities to improve their quality of life is a passion of mine. ERI is a quality organization focused on just this, and it is an honor to serve on this Board and contribute to its mission.

Pat Schramm
Former CEO of the Wisconsin Workforce Development Board. She also served as the Finance and Board Chair for the YWCA of Madison and Executive Committee member of the Madison Region Economic Development Partnership.
