For more than three decades, Stephen Webster has dedicated his life to strengthening communities — from founding ERI in 1990, to leading the United Way of Wisconsin for 25 years, to helping communities around the world rebuild after disasters and improve quality of life.

After a lifetime of public service, Stephen says his commitment to giving comes down to one simple truth. As he explains,

“Giving is essential to building community. It’s one of the most important acts in shaping the soul and creating space that values people.”

Stephen gives to ERI because he’s seen, firsthand, how every gift makes a difference — creating measurable results through tools and supports that help people with disabilities find and keep meaningful work, and live more independently.

This Giving Tuesday, join Stephen in supporting ERI’s mission to remove barriers and open doors to employment for all. A special Board challenge is happening right now. When we secure 15 individual donations, ERI's Board of Directors will contribute an extra $200.
